What is the best 1000$ gaming pc primarily for heavily modded skyrim (200 mods) not many graphical mods by the way only these realvision, climates of tamriel, realistic lighting overhaul, and dynavision and then the rest are gameplay mods like immersive armors, weapons, and creatures and faalskar and wyrmstooth
Budget 1000$ and 600$ for peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS, headphones, and speakers)

You're going to need more than $1000 for 200 mods on skyrim(60+ fps)

Are you doing heavy editing? If not why in the world would you spend 1600 to play skyrim? Most 400 dollar pcs work fine! My whole setup which cost me 600 runs perfectly while recording. Regardless, maybe check out completed builds section on pcpart picker, it gave me some ideas for my build.
