Hi I've recently bought a Geforce GT 610 graphics card and no display will show up (The card fan is running so it is in working order)

I have a samsung tv about 20 inches I tried using hdmi and pc either way they both don't work

I'm using a Gateway SX2110G-UW23 computer to do this. I tried using different monitors that didn't work. I tried disabling the onboard card but didn't let me for some reason it was shown as an option but it was highlighted.Changed power supply didn't work
