Hello there, I got a big big issue here, and I'd like to know if you could help me.
in the past days the 1.5tg hard drive that I bought (already a year ago) failed, the disk is not moving, is there a way to make it move or the drive is completely lost?
I can hear the arms moving but the plates are static....
