Random Flashing White Dots with HDMI Switch

I ordered an HDMI Switch(IOGEAR GHDSW3)and 3 HDMI cables because I already had the 4th cable and they arrived today. I hooked up my PC, my Raspberry Pi, and my Xbox 360 to it. I noticed that when I was on my PC, there were random flashing white dots, not sure about the other 2. If it helps, my monitor is the Dell S2340L. I've never experienced this before. What could be the problem?

It is digital snow!!

That is some sort of EMI interference in you setup. Check each cable by itself directly to the monitor if one of them shows snow that is a bad cable if none of them do it is your switch.
