blur screen help plx

i have gpu 7300 which used to work well on windows xp when i installed windows 7 every thing is blur :( i updated the graphic from nvidia web site still blur so i though about buying gt 610 gpu is this gone solve the problem

Quite possibly its your monitor. Win7 may have set the resolution and/or refresh rate too high for an old monitor to handle anymore. Try setting the resolution lower and if that doesnt fix it try turning the refresh rate dow, first try 60hz then 50hz.

thanks for help my screen is Benq g900w 19 lcd i made the resolution as recommended with 60 hz still blurry and my gpu is 7300 le 128 mb which one i have to change the gpu or screen or i have to get back to windows xp
