CPU : Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler : Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard : MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory : Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage : Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB (WindForce) Video Card
Case : Antec Twelve Hundred V3 Black Steel ATX Full Tower Gaming Case
Power Supply : Corsair 760W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive : Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Is this a balanced and stable gaming build for overclocking? Are there any parts that are unnecessary or too extreme? I chose a full tower case to fit the CPU Cooler and the Power Supply because I was afraid that a Mid tower might have space problems. Are there any parts that I can replace at a cheaper price that can boost performance? Thanks!

Solution
If going Corsair would look at the TX, the CX is entry level, and uses the cheaper caps, Might look at the SeaSonic 620 (very good and reasonable) comes in both modular and non-modular

Legenda in Aeternum
Nice build overall, could save some on the PSU, a 600 with 42 AMPs on the 12 volt rail will be more than sufficient and leave some headroom, I myself would look to a different mobo, won't touch MSI due to poor QC, might look at the Asus Z87-A, Asus seems to have the best handle on the Z87/Haswells

So would a Corsair CX Series 600 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply be a good replacement? Would it affect my system performance?

And you would recommend an Asus Z87-A DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboard over the MSI?
