That update failed twice i don't know why ! and i think windows will download it again i using Win 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit with kaspersky IS 2014
by the way why i always have some updates failed to install ?
that KB2919355 update shows an error code (80246007) so i search about the error code and found this site and i followed the steps in this site http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-upda...
and i downloaded the Windows Update Troubleshooter and its shows an error (installing an update/updates) and a detected issue and its fixed two issues
according to the steps in link above i changed Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed Start) so the question is what is the difference between Automatic (Delayed Start) and just Automatic ?
And its not just the KB2919355 failed i have many others updates failed to install too
