ntoskrnl.exe Failure, BSOD, PLEASE HELP!

I've tested both modules of RAM I have and both seem fine, tested with Memtestx86 and it shows my RAM has no errors but I have no idea what the problem might be if the RAM isn't faulty.

i dont now if your try this try boot in with only one stick inserted if its show no signs ofBOSD ,then remove and do the same with another one.

I have tried this, Blue screened both times with only 1 stick in. The RAM is not faulty as far as Memtest says.

like you see memtest test fail. that stick of memory is faulty
