Well, okay. It's not new. But it's been this way from day 1.
I use speedfan, and the "Perform an in-depth analysis of this hard drive" button takes me to

What would cause it to be at 20% like that? What does it mean, if anything?
I mostly ask because it'd be nice to somehow address any issue that may be present and squeeze out some more performance, whatever possible, since it's the OS drive.
