My new build so far
zalman z9 plus case
crossair 650w power supply
extreme 9 fx990 motherboard asrock
fx6350 processor
2xhyperx ram 4gig @ 1600 mhz
1 xfx 7970 graphics card
normal 1tb hd 7200rpm
Ran need for speed rivals ran sweet last night today out it froze and had to restart then rebooted started the game again no problems then turned of the game and watched a movie on it and it blue screened.
it should not do that I am running win7 64bit.
I have newer and better hard ware but still some teething problems
can any one tell me what u think of this build?
I was thinking to put another 8 gig ram in and add one more xfx 7970 card.
do I have enough power for 2 cards?
And do I need two cards and more ram?
can a fx6350 handle 2 gpu R7970 3gb?

Your build looks good already, and should be good enough for you. I would however recommend adding another stick of 4GB of RAM.
You shouldn't add another 7970, it will get bottlenecked.

If you want to upgrade your system to support a secondary 7970 without being bottlenecked, you will be wanting to upgrade your CPU.
If you upgrade your CPU, which leads to another GPU, you will need a much stronger PSU, probably around 800W - 950W's.

only one other question is I picked the fx6300 cos I can overclock it to 4.7 GHz then it runs almost the same as the fx 8000 and 9000 series plus I picked 6 cores cos most games don't even use 4 cores so I was sure I had enough cpu power or I would have bought for 2 gpu an 8 core amd 8000 or 9000 series are u guys sure this wont work with 2 gpu
