Hello! I have an old IDE hard drive that I found from my dead computer and want to get my files off it with my windows 7 computer but I don't know what IDE ChanneI have to set because I use a sata hard drive. Do I have to set to Master 0, Slave 0, Master 1 or Slave 1?

Assuming you have a IDE cable on your mobo.
If your talking about the jumper on the drive it should be CS (cable select)
on the cable there should be two plugs put it on the end of the cable should be Master 0
