SATA HDD foreign?

i received a computer from my dad from his workplace because they didn't want it anymore. the computer is a server with 16 GB of ram and 2 cpu's operon 2.40 ghz and i have 4 SATA HDD with 250 GB memory each and i started receiving a error as i start up as no bootable drive available or something like that and i went into bios configure not bios and in the pd mgmt tab i found 4 lines i can highlight and under state all of them are foreign except for one it says online and has 00 under DG i need help the computer if you are wondering is a poweredge t605.

Thing probably needs an operating system installed. It's probably also setup for RAID use in the BIOS, unless you want to use it with the same RAID setup, you need to go into the controller configuration and turn it off before you install an operating system.
