Im building a mITX pc and would like to know if a 6800k could run minecraft with shaders when paired with a 770,280x,or 280?

Specs:
CPU:6800k,6600k or 7850k,
CPU Cooler:Cooler Master Seidon 120XL
GPU:770,280x,or 280
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI Mini ITX FM2+
RAM:1x8gb PNY xlr8
SSD:120gb PNY xlr8
CASE:Cooler Master Elite 130
PSU:EVGA spernova 650w

Should I go with the 6800k?
Will overclock to 4.5 - 5GHz if stable enough to, its been done.

Solution

I looked up some OC on those two chips and this is what I found

6800K: normally 4.6 GHz max
7850K normally 4.4 GHz max
This puts them nearly identical in CPU performance again and most CPU benchmarks tend to agree. (GPU has a clear advantage to the 7850K) I would say the price for 2-3% increase at most isn't worth it.

but the 7850k scores slightley higher but still has a lower clock speed, also i wanted to know if there would be a bottleneck with minecraft shaders.

You want to look at the CPU preformance since you intend on getting a discrete card.

I looked into the shader requirements and it is very much GPU bound not CPU bound you are going to want the most powerful card you can afford it doesn't appear very well optimized combined with minecrafts already poor optimization.
