I got fraps and recorded about 2 videos and had a great 50-70 fps. Literally, 5 minutes later, (same game, same settings, same everything) I record a video and I got like 30-40 fps. Why did it do this? If I can increase the fps, how?

1 of 2 things
1. Fraps just glitched out
2. The level or map was more intense
For instance, on one map on BF4 i can get 90 fps, but another only 60. If it starts to dip lower, just set something lower.
