Hi, I currently have a HD7970 and am looking to crossfire with a R9 280x. First off i was curious if it mattered what card was in the main slot. My HD7970 has a gelid cooler on it which takes up 3 slots so blocking my PCIe 2.0 x16 slot (i have a asus P8Z77-V-LX motherboard). So i would like to put the R9 in the main slot so the cards would fit. Also i was curious if my Corsair cx750m was adequate. Thanks for the help this would be my first time doing crossfire so i want it to go as smoothly as i can.
