Using 32 inch tv as pc monitor?

Hey guys! So i am going to use a 32 inch tv as a monitor for my new pc. I am just wondering how i should have my setup because on a normal desk the screen would be way to close to me. I would like atleast 3 feet between me and the tv, without having to buy a $250 desk or something. Please tell me some solutions

You can use a TV but on higher fps it will tear because of its slow response times. Depends on your GPU and game/settings

Thanks for the quick reply. But where should i put the tv, as i dont want to be closer then 3 feet of it. Should i buy some kind of table like a laptop desk(to put my keyboard and mouse on), that can move around easily?

And to fix screen tearing, cant i just download V-sync?

Hang your TV on the wall.

Wait till you try it before jumping to VSync. Only newer GPUs use this.
