Need advice before upgrading my PC

Here is my current specs :
PROCESSOR : AMD Athlon II X2 260
MOTHERBOARD : EMX-MCP61D3-iCafe
RAM : 8GB DDR3 1333
VIDEOCARD : NVIDIA GeForce 210

What i plan to upgrade :
VIDEOCARD :
XFX HD 5830 Zalman Edition 1Gb DDR5

I need you opinion on what PSU should i use because mine is currently at 400W and does it need external power? like 2x6 connector? AND also, would there be any "bottleneck" issues with this build?

the 5830 will take 2x6 power connectors, but i would try to get something in atleast the 6XXX generation, or 7XXX like 7750. the cpu may become a bottleneck, i have an athlon II x2 270, and it sometimes bottlenecks my hd 6670.

Thank you for your reply. I chose 5830 since it's the affordable option currently. i just want to ask another one, would the motherboard won't be a problem?
