Gaming PC Setup

I'm going to buy a new PC which suits for gaming.(i7 4770k is for futureproof gaming)
I'd like to know if this setup is perfect or should I change something.

CPU: i7 4770k (I don't want to change this)
CPU Cooler: Basic air cooler
Motherboard: Intel H81
RAM: 8GB DDR3, 1600 Mhz
GPU: GTX 770 2GB
SSD: 120GB
HDD: 1TB 7200 rpm
Power supply: 700W

for 4770k . you need z87 mobo . .like asrock z87 eztreme or gigabyte z87 ud3h . which PSU brand you are going to buy

Yes Z87 if you want to overclock it. And a custom cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO

Definitely go with a z87 chipset. Do you plan on over clocking? I'd go with a low clockspeed ram like cl8 or cl9 as well.

Asus also makes a solid line of z87 mobos.

I don't know what brand, because I'm buying it from internet store and there is just 700W Power Supply but I can customize every component.

The stock coolers that come with the 4770k's are crap I'd go with a after market one coolmaster 212 evo, if you don't plan on over clocking you might as well stick with just the 4770 instead of the 4770k.

the brand of the PSU should be seasonic . antec or xfx .

But if I would go with i7 4770. Do I still need z87 mobo or Intel H81 would be fine with stock cooler?

4770 is unclockable. So H81 and stock cooler.
