Best sub 200$ motherboard is Asus Maximus VI Hero, it has great SupremeFX audio :)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($189.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $189.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

That Gigabyte UD5TH uses old Realtek ALC898 chip while most new Z87 motherboards use latest Realtek ALC1150 chip :)

Extreme4 is good entry level board while Asus is more mid to high end board for high OC'ing it also has better two more SATA ports. Couple of Mods have that motherboard and they highly recommend it to high end builds :)
