the Asus Maximus VI Hero has better sound card onboard then ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ?
and no other to have better performance ?

Extreme4 is good entry level board while Asus is more mid to high end board for high OC'ing it also has better two more SATA ports. Couple of Mods have that motherboard and they highly recommend it to high end builds :)

I would change your M500 SSD to Samsung's 840EVO it would cost a bit more but it's best SSD on the market :)
