Hey guys ,

I want to ask your help for 3 things.

What Cpu can i get ?
And what Motherboard to support it ?
Do i need a new Psu?

(sorry for bad grammar , english is not my native language)
Specs atm:

Psu:Corsair cx500 (500 watt)
Gpu:Gigabyte Radeon 270x 2gb Oc edition
Cpu: amd athlon II x4 750k
Ram:1x corsair vengeance 8 gb
HDD:WD black 1tb wd1002faex
Case: Termaltake ms-i commander black
Mobo: Msi-fm2-a75ma-e35
Os:windows 8.1

Currently im having low fps in battlefield 3-4 , need for speed most wanted etc...
The framerate goes down when playing 64 player maps , when looking at the middle of the map (also in need for speed) my fps drops to 24 or even lower, when im in a house or driving on the highway my fps stays well above 50, so i think it's my cpu.(Changing graphic settings doesn't help)
I think my Cpu is bottlenecking my Gpu so i want to upgrade.
Pls help (this is my first post on tomshardware so i don't know it this is the right place to ask this )

Your case supports m-atx and atx motherboards so you'll be fine whatever you choose.Just get a nice one for a nice price like,
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/333917/asrock-b85-pro4.html
or
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/333920/asrock-h87-pro4.html
or for the better audiochip,
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/361768/asrock-fatal1ty-b85-killer.html
and a not to expensive Z87 for all the features you could want,
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/333925/asrock-z87-pro3.html
but not that audiochip.

I said the i5 4440,but if you want a slightly better turbo on all cores=300mhz extra,if you think it's worth it,could you go for the i5 4570,for a price comparison,
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/348155/intel-core-i5-4440-boxed.html...
The PSU needs to be at least 500W with at least 24A on the 12V rail. The CX only has one 12V rail so it should be OK.

You should update to a new Intel LGA1150 socket or AMD AM3+ sockket for CPU and Mobo. AMD is cheaper but less powerful. Intel is more expensive. Any is much much better than what you have now. You need to work out a budget and where you want to buy from - locally or overseas. US shops don't ship overseas. UK shops are expensive.

I would like to buy locally via the internet since here in holland we can pay with something called : IDeal and in other countries i need a creditcard or paypal wich i don't have.
If money wasn't a issue what would you recommend?
I don't need 120 fps but a cpu that wouldn't bottleneck my Gpu would be nice.

A i5 socket 1150 would do fine,the i5 4440 for instance,probably the least expensive one.With that a B85/H87 motherboard or even a Z87 if not to expensive.
Look here for a price comparison,

Thank you for your help , i was thinking about getting a i5 anyway so now ill just have to choose a mobo.
I hope those mobo's fit in the case.

So the i5 4440 won't bottleneck my gpu?
I'm planning to play Battlefield 3 and 4 , now my fps drops to 20 when for instance i'm looking at the middle of the map at caspian border , so i hope a new cpu would fix that.

Besides that i have to look for a i5 socket and a pci express 3.0 slot is there anything else important about a motherboard i should look out for ?

looking at the difference in price can you argue that it's to much money for that difference in performance. The turbo will only kick in if the temps allow it.

Thanks again for your help!
I think ill go with the i5 4440 if it doen't bottleneck the R9 270x it's good enough.
For the mobo i think ill go with the ASRock Fatal1ty B85 Killer since it looks awsome.
