Pc to tv connectivity

Hello Tomshardware users
I have a tv which supports HDMI but no internet access. Can i connect my pc which is kept a floor like above than the tv through any way? And can i play my pc games with a gamepad when my pc is connected to my tv?

Most gaming monitors are 1 or 2 mS GTG. How far is the TV from the PC. If less than 10m, use a hdmi cable - if you can find one that long. Loner than that you can get wireless devices but they reduce you fps. Or ethernet cable if your TV has an ethernet port.

The pc is situated very far from tv and i have an HDMI cable of 1m only.
So how can i connect it
