Yes. You might want to consider using a Coolermaster Hyper 212 cEVo CPU cooler instead.

And you won't need a 850W PSU for the 760. The HAF is expensive. If you can save some money maybe you could get a 770 instaed. You'd need a minimum 600W PSU with 42A on the 12V rail eg Antec HCG 620M - made by Seasonic.

This is more a gaming build. For editing you want a more powerful CPU eg i7 4770k and more fast RAM eg 16GB 2133. And there goes your budget.

Depending on what games you're playing, upgrading to a GTX 770 will be very worth it, if you can afford it. If you can't with the current set up, and it was my build, I'd take out the SSD for now, maybe get one later. Would rather have the graphical performance than faster boot times, but that's just me. Like I said, though, all depends on what you're doing gaming wise. A 760 won't run the newer games (BF4, AC4, etc) on high settings, typically medium to low. With AC4 specifically one 770 even isn't enough to run AC4 at Ultra with a consistent 30+ framerate for 1080p, but if you're not playing games that are that demanding, that may not be that important to you. Also, in terms of video editing/rendering, an i7 will be better, but an i5 is still more than sufficient for gaming, and still real solid for video editing. Other than the few things mentioned, the build looks fine.

MOBO will still be fine (i5/i7 are the same socket), I'd still recommend upgrading the video card to a 770, but again. Depends on what you're playing.

Edit: If you need to save more money to get the GPU, can get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler instead. Very good reviews, even for its price. Never heard of the one you have selected and it's 3 times as much.

Okay, so doing a whole build just now, the cheapest I could get you with an i7, a GTX 770, and still retaining a SSD (albeit a smaller one, 250GB instead of 480GB) I was able to get it down to £1060. With that particular build I also had to sacrifice on the case, cause the HAF X really is quite expensive. It's up to you if you want to make those sacrifices, me personally I think it's worth it. Now, there is another option. If you drop down to the i5 again, you won't really see a difference in games sticking with the i5 vs the i7, however the 770 will be a big improvement. However, you will take a hit on video render times vs an i7. I'm not sure what you're running now, but since you're upgrading your whole system, it'll likely be an improvement either way, so it's up to you really. But dropping to the i5 helps knock the price down some while still still retaining the better graphical settings and fps, which is especially nice to compensate for the loss while recording.

Windows 8.1 will take up about 20 GB of space, so yeah, 250 is more than enough. Could even save some games on it to cut down on loading bars for some games (though not all, depends on the game)

Not a problem, and just fyi I'm running an i7 and a GTX 770 set up right now (you can see my sig), and you will not be disappointed with those. For the price a 770 is great. Runs most games except the most demanding ones (Like Crysis 3) at Ultra at 60 fps+, and the i7 with at least 16 GB just annihilates video editing/rendering. I've had Vegas render out 7 minute videos in under 8 minutes with this processor.
