I recently bought a new motherboard GA Z87X-UD3H (rev 1.1) for a new pc that I wanted to built. I only installed it with the powersupply, the ram memory, graphics card hooked up to my monitor, the cpu and a cpu cooler to run a test. I turned on the PSU and everything looked like it was working. All fans where spinning and the lights on the motherboard worked.

Unfortunately it keeps restarting and switching between the main and backup bios while the debug displays shows code 15. When I turn it to single bios, it stops restarting and all the fans continue spinning but still nothing shows up.
The PC has never worked before since it's a new one. This is also why there's no OS installed.

I tried one stick of ram but no luck, I'm sure I installed them correctly. I also tried the reset cmos button. Switching between the retail cooler and the one that came with the processor doesn't work either. Nothing shows up on the monitor, it reads there's no signal so the cable is connected properly.

Specs:
PSU - Corsair RM750
CPU - Intel i7-4770K
GPU - Evga geforce gtx 770
Cooler - Corsair H100i
RAM - Corsair vegeance 2 x 8gb (low profile)
Monitor - BenQ xl2420t

Solution
Ok if it is still on warranty take it to the dealer and tell his this problem. This problem is normally from the cpu socket which might be damaged. before sending the motherboard make sure that you place the black cover on the cpu socket or else they will not accept it.

Thank you for the reaction, I did install them into the grey slots so there's no problem there.
