Maybe while cleaning your graphic card got detached from the motherboard and your pc must have started using the integrated graphics card.
Check your graphic card and re-insert it properly.

Nope. If your cpu sat back correctly into the socket than there is no problem.

Did you not re-apply thermal paste?

Even,if you think the thermal paste is removed it would never affect your gaming perfoormance.

Hi vikas_sharma
Check your running processes , you may have something else running slowing down your pc

Re-install the game. Copy the save file somewhere and paste it back in the folder after re-install.

Done still same problem, and 1 more thing i notices is that cpu temperate is now too high previously it was 35-40 degree celcius at idle now 60-70 so might be the problem right ?

And while playing far cry 3 cpu temperate is 94 degree celcius

woaah 94 way too high , there is your problem , what cpu cooler do you have ?
check the coolers fan is working properly , perhaps check heatsink for dust buildup and blowout ,if no change in temps then shutdown and remove cooler and reapply new thermal compound , reinstall cooler on cpu run 4pin pwm from molex 12v and see if temps change ,if not get new cooler

anything above 90 spells danger , you dont want to cook your cpu
51 still pretty high , if it hits 85 during gameplay pull the pin on the game , i would suggest get a better cooling solution for your cpu asap

because your cpu is running cooler , maybee a molex to 12v 4pin fan header will help , run your fan flat out at 12v

not sure what board you have you may even be able to push the cpu fan flat out in bios

Steps to solve:

1) PUT THERMAL PASTE ON THE CPU!!

WHY are you running your cpu without thermal paste? That is terrible. Why has no one else brought this up? One person even said it wouldn;t have an effect...

not a good move m8 , thermal paste is meant to conduct heat , toothpaste is for your teeth and will go hard and maybee cause damage to your cpu if it spreads with heat

you would be better with the coolermaster thermal compound than toothpaste
