memory issue with intel DG41WV

Recently i have bought Strontium 2gb DDR3 1066 mhz ram for my Intel DG41WV mobo, I already have 2 gb ddr3 Kingstone 1333 mhz ram installed (1066 effective) .

But the Strontium 2gb DDR3 1066 mhz ram is not working. I have tried to boot up with only this new ram in both ram slots, but when ever i switch my pc it won't boot and gives me a "3 times beep sound", but cpu fan is spinning properly.

I thought it may be a HIGH DEN RAM issue but found those links where my mobo is OK tested with High den ram from same company.

Does it work with only one stick of RAM installed?

Have you tried cllearing CMOS then installing

i have cleared the cmos, and updated it as well.. yes, i have also tried one stick of ram, the old one works But the new one is not working at all...

Might have a bad stick, have you tried it in another rig?

Ok guys, Something is wrong here with my motherboard... I just tested my motherboard ( after clearing CMOS & removing the battery) with another 2gb DDR3 1333 ghz ram http://www.memoryamerica.com/hmt325u6bfr8c-h9.html
... still doesn't work, giving the same "bios beep for 3 times". But it is working perfectly in my friend's Intel H61 Motherboard... From the sounds of it , should be fine, can you get in with the old stick and set the DRAM voltage to maybe 1.55 and then try adding this new stick?
