How to make use of the extacted sounds_sfxmusic.pck file of Assassins creed 4?

I have uncompressed sounds_sfxmusic.pck file with all the files now in .ogg form.How can i use these uncompressed .ogg files instead of the original .pck file?

No...I'm saying if you want the game to use audio in a different format, the actual game software needs to be changed.

Currently, it is expecting, and using, the .pck file. It does not know what to do with any other format.

Unless you have the actual source code (and you don't), you can't do it.

If suppose i would have done that,then will there be any improvement in frames per second.Because something was done with titanfall that it got 48 gb

Completely impossible to predict.

On one hand, it doesn't have to 'decompress' the audio.
On the other hand, it has to deal with a larger file.
On the gripping hand, it was built the way it was built. Every game or application was built with tradeoffs.
