So i was on windows 7 I had for example 120+ fps in league of legends,then for no reason i moved back to windows xp.Formated everything,installed framework,java,adobe,directx 9,drivers for graphic,motherborad.And now i have 10-15 fps in lol...not only lol,i download bully scholarship edition and I am lagging as fu*k...
