I am building a computer soon. I was thinking of buying the i3-4130, but there is an amazing deal. The i7-4770K and a Z87 motherboard combo at Microcenter is only $75 expensiver than an i3-4130 and H87 motherboard. I ony use the computer for light-moderate gaming and watching movies, so is the HD 4600 graphics fine? I also do a lot of web browsing. Is the i7 a better deal?

Well one question, if your building a PC for mild-moderate gaming, why arnt you getting a dedicated graphics card, and if your doing mild gaming, the i3s fine, but if you want to do heavier gaming in the future get the i7, also you can overclock the i7 cause its a K. (If you go with the i7 get a dedicated GPU)

of cause if you not mistaking its good to be true, thous letters K on cpu and Z on motherboard means for overclocking purpose.

Water cooling isn't really required to OC. A good air cooler will do fine. For mild OC on a budget, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is good: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/

"The best" air cooler, which compares favorably with the upper tier water coolers is the Noctua NH D14: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nepton-280l-tundra-td02-water3.0-pro-reserator3-max,3607.html
