Hi, I'm curious as to what kind of graphics card I can get for around $100 with these specs

Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Memory: 4.0 GB
Number of Cores 4
Family 06 Model 2A Stepping 7 Revision 1A
Video Card Intel(R) HD
Graphics Manufacturer: Intel Chipset: Intel(R) HD
Graphics Dedicated Total Memory: 1.7 GB

It's a prebuilt computer that's still on integrated graphics, and I'm looking to add an actual graphics card to it primarily for gaming, my budget is $120 and I'm trying to play Total war II on high at the very least. Are there any decent graphics cards out there?

Yes, the 750. If you can spend a little more, get the 750ti.

Best you can do for the budget GTX750 you will need to have around 300watt PSU may run on a modern 250watt if highly rated on the +12 volts http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-01gp42751k...

Couple of points:
Is this in a 'normal' sized case or one of the narrow 'space savers'?
Is there actually a PCI-E slot on the motherboard? We've had posts from people with prebuilts that lacked that slot.
Apart from those issues (and the PSU concerns raised by rolli59) the GTX750 would be a good upgrade.
