40-50 fps in league of legends | amd fx 8350 4ghz

Hi boys n girls.

I have this problem where im at 40-50 fps at like every game, and dont tell me to reformat or switch ingame quality or some updates on my graphic card because it's something else.
I've also tried to disable crossfire but it doesnt change anything.

Also in CPU-Z my Core Speed fluxates from 4k to 1.5k

My specs are:
double Radeon R9 280x 3gb (running crossfire)
amd fx 8350 4ghz
16gb ram

(im not a pc wizard so help me deeply)

The drop in Core speed in CPU-Z (4.0 - 1.5) while the system is idle is usual as the CPU underclocks itself because it does not need to be using that amount of power and generating that amount of heat for usual applications.
However you might want to try downloading something to check the temperature of your FX8350 like Core Temp as your CPU could be overheating thus the drop in fps.

I have the same problem on every game, like my computer isnt doing as well as it should, i should be at 300 fps + at league of legends, i can barely play
