My specs are in my signature. I am getting lower fps than I should be at ultra settings with only 2x MSAA and I have seen videos of people maxing the game out and still getting 60 FPS with my graphics card... what could be the problem? I am also getting HUGE fps drops and random lag.

More about : good fps titanfall

Your GPU is simply not up to the challenge. Don't forget that people claiming 60fps at YouTube are more than likely recording at 720p and resizing for youtube. This is VERY common as it takes WAY less HDD space and WAY less resources.

Have you played Titanfall? If you have what are your settings since your GPU is very similar to mine in performance

I don't play or plan to play titanfall. I have seen a ton of benchmarks and they are all over the place. Some claim the 760 can easily max the game at 80fps, and others say it can barely get 60fps.

Make sure you don't have any settings changed in Nvidia control center. Those should all be set to default.

High settings that card that build should have no problems. If your having low framerates at ultra, I presume your GPU RAM may be less than 2 GB? Thats the one spec I don't see in your sig.

If your having framerate issues even on high settings, you may be looking at a different issue, perhaps driver or hardware related.

And yes, I do play Titanfall, on a radeon 6850HD, on high settings though, no framerate drops.

No, all 760s are 2gb or more.

Titanfall doesn't use a full 2gb Vram anyway.

What do you mean charged? I have "overclocked" my monitor to 65hz in the NVIDIA control panel if that could affect things.

What is your screen resolution at 65hz? Usually overclocking monitors causes issues.

Set it back to 60hz. There is NO reason to have it at 65hz.

And that is is NOT good for the monitor at all. Just leave it at 60hz.
