He guys, I recently bought a GTX 760 while it was on sale. Ever since I installed it I've been getting pretty bad FPS from it on LoL. It hovers around 60 and drops to 40 or below during fights and graphically demanding parts in the game. I have the visuals on medium and shadows off. I expected to get 100+ fps from this card. I opened up precision X and it shows me that the card isn't even running at full load when I get frame drops/stutters in LoL. Any suggestions?

Post all your specs please, and check if you have latest gpu-driver while you are at it.

Your motherboard is the reason. Its a huge bottleneck for your 8320. You need a 4+2 phase cpu power connector (6+2 would be best) to run the FX series properly. The mobo you have is a 2+2 phase card.

Oh really? Could you recommend a MB that would get me the best results with this build for a decent price price?

For a fair price with good quality and enough power to run the 8320 i recommend "ASUS M5A97 R2.0".

But would recommend "ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0" instead if you are planning on doing some serious overclocking.

This one here? I only plan on doing some mild overclocking.
If I was to say my budget would be around $100, this would be the best for that price point?

Thank you for all your help btw.

I have a FX 8350 on this same bord in one of my pc's clocked at 4.2GHz. So yes, you can do some overclocking on the 8320 with it. Guessing you should be able to reach between 3.9 and 4.2 as long as you have a decent aftermarket cpu cooler. :)

My pleasure mate.

ps: remember to set the post as "solved", so others know that its closed and don't spend a butload of time reading and answering when theres no need. ;)

Of course!

I wanted to upgrade so I bought the GTX 760, no idea that my CPU was being bottlenecked the whole time. Can't wait to get the full potential out of my build.

No, your system is compatible and should be performing as intended.
The crappy performance in Dota 2 seems to be the software (the game) itself thats causing. Have seen alot of forum posts about people both with entry level, mid-range and high-end pc's having crappy performance in that game.

Haven't tested this myself, so not sure if it works or not, but guess it could be worth a shot. Try to follow the steps here:
