I would personally get the reference designed model and build a rig showcasing it. I think the reference HSF/Shroud looks amazing. But from a performance standpoint the 03G-P4-2888-KR comes with the highest clock out of the box. From a money-conscious point the 03G-P4-2884-KR is the most logical. You're not losing anything as you can just overclock it yourself.
