Hello,
Lately I've been having problems with my router (I think). My PC is connected to the router via cable, and I'm using the router for my phone and my tablet. The problem is that I cannot connect with my phone, nor tablet anymore. A soft reset of the router fixes the problem temporarily (I have WiFi access for about 20-30 minutes), but then the connection just stops and when I try to connect again, it says Association Rejected (on both the phone and tablet) and I also noticed that the WiFi indicator on the router is not flashing, it's just ON. I had this problem a while ago and my ISP claims that they "fixed" it (although not telling me what the problem was in the first place so that I can try and fix it again when it happens). I think it has something to do with the configuration and I've read somewhere that I need to enable "Packet Flow Accelerator", but there is another problem with that... I don't have the router config user name and password (and no, my ISP won't give them to me, even though I bought the router and they just configured it, because apparently we MUST bring the router to them for configuration). I know that a hard reset will bring back the default user name and password but then again, it will mess up the configuration and I don't know if I'll be able to get it back (I am not sure if I have or can find all the details like ip address, default gateway). So, if anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem or find out my configuration password without the help of my ISP I will be grateful.

p.s. I have a good amount of knowledge about computers and routers so you can get "technical" :)

Router Model: TP-LINK TL-WR740N
2 devices connected (not including the pc): Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7.0
The router is connected with a VoIP Grandstream ht502, the outside internet cable is going in the VoIP, and another cable is going from the router to the PC.

If you need more info, please tell me.

Thank you

edit: I forgot to tell you that I have no problems with my PC connection.

Problem is either with router configuration or with the rotuer itself.

I would never agree to pay for something, when i do not have rights to it.

Unfortunataly your only option is to call the ISP and complain. Hopefully you have another ISP in your area and can at least threaten to switch to them if the issue is not permantely resolved.
