I have an FX-8320 paired with a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 rev 4.0 with the F2 bios. I have LLC set to Medium and my voltage set to 1.37. I ran OCCT for 45 minutes and here is the voltage graph. The problem is that there is 0.012 drop and was wondering if that's safe for the CPU. Here is a graph I got from OCCT. http://i.imgur.com/LebSdkc.png

I can only speak from my own experience as a long time user of Gigabyte motherboards and I am confident that this IS primarily a BIOS issue. Gigabyte have always incorporated in their BIOS a little bit higher voltages than one will get on some other manufacturer's board. This is to make things as stable as possible for the end user without overly stressing the components. So I'll say if your stable and running fine your good.
