Any recommendations on what I should sell it for?

I would swap the psu for XFX 450 watt or 550 watt, and 16gb ram is overkill, back it down to 8gb and use the extra money to get a better graphics card, like gtx 750 Ti

lol you recommended him to use Nvidia video card. I think OP like use AMD/Radeon stuff.. I brought a Radeon 7790(after rebated $70) hopefully you can find similar deal.

BTW the GTX 750TI is kind of expensive and performance isn't worth for $150. (in my opinion)
