Would this motherboard be fine for a amd fx 8350 cpu i dont plan on overclocking P.S I already own this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

i dont recommmend any biostar mobo's they are poor quality with only 4pin cpu power phase.

no not recommended for 8350 you cant even overclock with it and may fail with 125w cpu's.

get any mobo like Asus,Asrock,gigabyte. those are recommended.

i have a very similar mobo, the biostar a960D+, but i use an athlon II x2 270 that is only 65watts, and while my and your boards both support the 125 watt fx chips, i would not recommend it, as the board only has a 4-pin power phase. i would suggest that either you get a better board, like modernwarfare said, or get an fx 6300, which is only 95 watts.

you can probly be ok with a 95 watt cpu like 6300, but definatly dont overclock it, and monitor mobo temps. or, if you have the money, buy a better board.
