Siberia V2 is arguably the best in its price range. The surround sound is solid, and the condenser mics have surprisingly good noise cancellation.

The Logitech G930 is pretty good. It's wireless so no cords to fidget around with.
The audio is good enough if you're a gamer.

You can get surround sound with any pair of headphones by the way. (look up virtual barber shop on YouTube.)
If you want surround sound for gaming, there is likely an in-game audio setting that you can set to something like "Headphones".
For music, you cannot force music to be surround sound because the way it sounds depends on how it was produced and recorded.
