I'm looking to spend £1200 pound on a gaming pc and I am swapping from console. I will be using it for editing and uploading aswell and streaming. The games I will be playing are dayz standalone and arma 2/3 I would like the pc to run these games the best they could and I would also need a headset, a good quality mic, a webcam, a monitor and a keyboard and mouse thanks, and anything else you think I might need. I might be able to go over budget not too much though please.

Overclocking is increasing the cpu's clock speed to gain some increased performance. It comes at a cost of producing more heat which is bad so you would need a good quality cpu cooler to keep the temps from reaching over 75C roughly. You don;t have to overclock just because you can it is optional. Also only certain cpu and motherboard allows overclocking. Intel overclockable cpu have k in their model number. Most AMD cpu can be overclock but it depends on the quality of the motherboard.
If you new to pc build i would advise jumping in and research before you decide to overclock or not.

Hey dude.

As your new to the pc gaming world your probably better off if you get a prebuilt systme that runs out of the box. In wich case you should get somethjng like this
.https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/Infinity_White_Knight/
And configure the spec/look that suits you best
But if you feel comfortable building your own or have someone to help you its a much better option if so get the parts listed above
