I'm just looking for a new graphics card to run games such as BF4 and other modern games including MMORPGs. Price Range $100 ~ 400

The GTX 770 is a great gpu and will be a big upgrade for you! There are many versions of this card. Here's a good choice:

Any version of the 770 will be good just make sure you have a solid power supply (600W min).

You will have varying opinions on which version is best but the GTX 770 is the consensus best value; synthetic marks actually suggest the 760 is but I agree with most that in real world applications that the 770 is a nice middle ground between the higher end 780s and other entry level cards; the 770 is a top performer for a reasonable price though...

I personally will be getting a GTX 780 6GB soon.
