For the H100 Corsair Liquid Cooler:

-Does the liquid/water of this cooler will run out?
>If yes, is it possible to replace the liquid substance for the cooler? What type of water or liquid should I use and is there any instructions how to replace or add the water to it?

It is sealed there is no way to refill it and odds are the pump will give up before it ever needs water.

When you have constant headaches from the noise :)

The AIO coolers are a one and done thing ..... there is no "fixing". You will know it's broken when CPU throttles or shuts down.

Two things to know about AIOs ....

1. At the same noise and fan rpms, they rarely can match the thermal performance of the "Big 3" air coolers... (Phanteks PH-TC14-PR, Thermalright Silver Arrow, Noctua DH-14).

2. The hi rpm ones are noisy..... very noisy. Watch the video at the link below....at the 55% CPU load mark, I find the noise untenable. I would not accept being in the same room with it. If you use headphones or have speakers up load when you use PC, will not bother you ..... I'm at my PC for woek from 8 - 14 hours and will try and sneak a little play time in after..... I sometimes turn my fans up to 1200 rpm for stress testing. It's unpleasant enough but can put up with shirt term. They usually they run from 325 - 850 rpm...... I can't imagine sitting next to 2700 rpm every day.

If you are going to get an AIO, I'd get one of the quieter Swiftech models (can listen at same link) or the H110 which while not quite matching the Phanteks air cooler, does match the thermal performance and is a hair quieter than the DH-14.
