These are the specs that I am currently considering on getting:

CPU- Intel Core i7 4770

Video Card- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

Hard Drive- 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)

Keep in mind that this is a gaming PC. Any answer will be appreciated. Thank you. :)

8 GB RAM is quite enough and for a highly power-efficient GPU like that is a 500W PSU will be more than enough.

get 2 4gb sticks @ 1600 or 1866, low timings. Also get a K CPU, good luck.

Just get a i5-4670k. Its more than enough for gaming cause gaming mostly relies on gpu not cpu. And that i5-4670k is more than enough. Don't look at those requirements of watch dogs, cause an i5 will still max out that game. Though its your choice.

Here's my recommendation:
i5-4670k
ASRock z87 fatality killer motherboard(very good mobo and also preety cheap and support oc preety well cause i'm using it)
8gb 1600/1866(recommended) ram
gtx 650ti boost, cause same price 750ti but performs better and most notably supports sli( will give you almost like a gtx 680 performance with much less cost)
and a good 650w psu

Hope i helped :)  :)
