I Recently went to a friends house and left my computer on, I came back and turned on my monitor it was "locked". I l hadn't locked it, also the keyboard wasnt work same with the mouse. So i powered off the computer and powered it back on , and it just stuck on the Asrock logo. Keyboard wont work or anything. I took the little battery out and put it back in still nothing. If I try to power it off with the front power bottom it will turn back on a few seconds later. Do i have to get a new windows ? If i do how would I install it if I can't even use the keyboard ?

If the computer is not getting past the asrock splash screen, it means that it is not getting past 'post'. Which is a problem not caused by windows. Is the inside of your computer really dusty? Sometimes dust can short circuits on the motherboard and cause it not to initialise certain pieces of hardware properly. This is a good start for these sorts of problems.
