Cooler Master Hyper T4 - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes

I bought this cooling fan six month ago. I build the PC and it hasn't shown me any error execpt for overheating CPU. I remove the paste and put new one and nothing has happen. The first 3 months the CPU was around 50-65. Now its around 60-80 going down and up like crazy.

CPU: Intel 7
MB: Asus Z87

the CPU is getting hot but not to the point where it's shutting down to prevent damage. it's within operating temperature at least.

Sounds like your CPU cooler, even though it's new, is faulty. As it should and was be keeping temps lower then that. You'll have to replace it or get another CPU cooler.

Do you think CPU overheating cause the PC to run slow because the last 3 days (around that), my pc has been running slow on several times. Right now, its all good but then in 10 minutes or less when I click at anything or open a program, everything freezes. The games are running slow (Minecraft). Like I said, the only error the PC has detected is the CPU overheating.
