Hi my computer keeps crashing while playing games i think its my cpu over heating the gyazos show my temperatures:

It sounds like your power supply isn't high enough wattage or is crapping out. What are your specs?

..When i put a fan next to my computer it seems to not crash as fast that's the reason why i thought it was overheating.
