I want to use a Windows 7 computer to burn the Linux OS
onto a disk but I am not sure how to do so without changing
the Computer's OS to the Linux OS. Can someone tell me how
to burn Ubuntu to a disk without changing the current PC's OS?

Thanks for the help!

Solution
You don't need to do anything special to simply burn the disk. Download the .iso file then insert a blank DVD, right-click the downloaded .iso and select "burn to disk." Click through the steps to let the disk burning wizard do its thing (select the option to close the disk, not to use multiple times)
