My FX 8320's CPU cooler is extremely loud... to the point where I literally want to <Mod edit> break my computer into a billion pieces. I am getting a replacement cooler soon but what can I do until I get it because I NEED to use my computer right now

Solution
Turn up your headphones?
You can try to manually set the speeds slower, but the AMD stock cooler is so poor performance wise you will need to monitor your temps.

How can I turn down the fan speed? I checked in my ASUS UEFI BiOS but I can't find a fan speed controller. I have the same motherboard as you

How do I change the fan speed in SpeedFan?

On the Speedfan main screen, go in Configure->Advanced
Then select chip. That is the chip number of your sensor chip.(You can find that in some temperature monitor)
there is some setting like pwm1, pwm2 etc. set to on/off or some other, change that to software-controlled.
Now you can change fan speeds in speedfan main screen.
Also, you need to set fan control in speedfan configure for the program to control the speeds automatically.
