Looks good for the games you mentioned, it should handle every day use and last for a few years.
I'd suggest upgrading to a SSD hard drive if your budget can afford it.

You could change your video card to one around the $150 mark, a Radeon R265 or Nvidia GTX 750Ti will play basic games at 1080p.
That will save you a few dollars and benchmark tests show they are capable cards, with the R265 better at gaming but using more power, the 750Ti doesn't need an external power cable and runs from the Pcie-x slot.
