I am building an ITX system in a Bitfenix Prodigy and I will be using an i5 4670k with a GTX 760. I will be running 8 gigs of 1600 ram, and I would like a motherboard that has USB 3.0. If over clocking support is possible, that would be great. I am a first time builder, and I won't be OCing at first, but I would like the comfort of knowing I. can later. Help would be loved!

Solution
ASUS reliability and quality , ASUS = best Haswell boards.

The best motherboard with fair price and a lot of features for it's size: The ASUS Z87I-DELUXE.

Overclocking supported, has 6 SATA ports (6Gbps), 8 Channel onboard Audio, 6 USB 3.0 ports, 4 USB 2.0 ports, has inbuilt wireless adapter, and UEFI (interface) bios.

The best of all would be the ASUS Maximus VI Impact: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132039
