If you are not gaming, I would buy a cheap laptop 17 inch with a second HDD tray and buy an SSD.

Desktop are now only useful for games or HTPC.

BanG for your buck. Case OK, HDD OK, PSU poor quality. RAM - go with 2 x 2GB instead of 4GB. CPU and mobo 3rd gen. Now in 4th gen.
